Measuring By Weight


Because of the global nature of the Internet, many recipes online list ingredients by weight. Several of my cookbooks have done this too. I’ve found that weighing is faster, easier and more convenient than measuring. For my own conversion of recipes and for others who might want to use this method, here is a little chart to help.
